User Agreement

Acceptance and Binding Effect

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of Wunderwins services, including the Wunderwins website, software, games and related features (the "Services"). By registering an account, placing bets, or otherwise using the Services, you accept and are bound by this Agreement and by documents incorporated by reference, including the Wunderwins Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and close any accounts you hold with Wunderwins.

Changes to Terms; Notices

Wunderwins may amend the Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect upon posting on the Wunderwins site. Wunderwins will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant amendments. Continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must terminate your use of the Services and discontinue access to your Wunderwins account.

Definitions and Scope

For purposes of this Agreement: (a) "Company" means Wunderwins and its affiliates; (b) "Customer" means a person or legal entity who registers for or uses the Services; (c) "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means jurisdictions where Wunderwins is not permitted to operate or where participation is unlawful; (d) "Personal Information" means data relating to an identifiable individual as collected in connection with the Services; (e) "Digital Assets" means blockchain-based assets and related technologies as described in the Digital Assets section of these Terms.

Eligibility, Prohibited Jurisdictions and Age

You must be at least 18 years old or older if a higher age is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Wunderwins may require evidence of age and identity verification. The availability of the Services is subject to local law, and Wunderwins reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or who fails to meet age or identity requirements. Prohibited Jurisdictions may include, without limitation, jurisdictions that prohibit online gambling or impose restrictive licensing regimes. Wunderwins will not knowingly provide Services to residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions, and you agree not to access or subscribe to the Services from such jurisdictions.

Liscensing and Compliance

Wunderwins operates under a valid gaming license issued by the appropriate regulatory authority in its licensing jurisdiction. Wunderwins complies with applicable laws relating to consumer protection, anti‑money laundering and counter‑terrorism financing. Wunderwins may suspend or terminate Services as required by law or by licensing authorities, or as reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity of the Services.

Account Registration and Access

Only Registered Customers may use the Services. You may open a single Wunderwins account. Wunderwins may, at its sole discretion, merge multiple accounts or close additional accounts and return or consolidate funds as appropriate. You will be provided with a username and password (Account Access Information) and are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. You must not permit third parties to use your account, and you will promptly notify Wunderwins of any suspected breach.

Personal Information; Verification

You must provide truthful information when registering and ensure your Personal Information is kept up to date. Wunderwins may request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and residency. By submitting information, you authorize Wunderwins to verify it by lawful means. Wunderwins reserves the right to accept or reject a registration for any reason, including failure to verify information.

Security and Unauthorized Use

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account Access Information. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, notify Wunderwins immediately. Wunderwins may require you to change your password or suspend access to your account to investigate potential misuse. Bets or requests initiated using compromised credentials may be declared invalid if Wunderwins verifies a security breach, following which, pending investigation, Wunderwins may suspend or terminate the account and forfeit any unsettled funds where permitted by law.

Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• You will not misrepresent your status or position as an agent or associate of Wunderwins.
• You will not attempt to manipulate the Services, access non‑public areas, or alter software or data without authorization.
• You will not market, publicize, or promote Wunderwins without prior written consent.
• You will not engage in cheating, fraud, or deceptive practices, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not bypass security measures, disclose account information to third parties, or engage in any activity that could bring Wunderwins into disrepute or cause harm.

Wunderwins may suspend or terminate your account and forfeit funds if it reasonably suspects a breach of this Section or any applicable law, and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.

Deposits and Withdrawals; Payment Methods

Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered to or owned by the Customer. Deposits from third‑party accounts are prohibited; Wunderwins may withhold or confiscate funds if a breach is detected. To access betting services, you must first register and open an account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to verification checks and any restrictions in Wunderwins’ internal policies. Wunderwins will provide reasonable processing times and inform you of any delays or additional documentation required for withdrawal requests.

Available Currencies and Digital Assets

Wunderwins supports a defined set of currencies and, where applicable, Digital Assets. Transactions involving Digital Assets are subject to the terms set forth in the Digital Assets section. Wunderwins does not provide custodial wallet services or private key management, and you are responsible for securing any Digital Assets in your possession. Wunderwins does not guarantee reversibility of blockchain transactions or any specific regulatory treatment of Digital Assets.

Digital Assets

Interaction with Digital Assets occurs at the Customer’s own risk and outside Wunderwins’ direct control. Wunderwins does not initiate or process blockchain transfers; third‑party providers may facilitate related services. The Customer acknowledges that Digital Asset activities may be subject to regulatory and tax requirements and that Wunderwins makes no professional financial or legal advice. Wunderwins reserves the right to restrict access or terminate services for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity related to Digital Assets or in violation of these Terms.

Availability and Geolocation

Some games or services may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions or at certain times due to provider or regulatory constraints. Wunderwins uses geolocation technology to determine eligibility and may suspend or withhold winnings if geolocation results indicate non‑compliance with applicable law or policy. Attempts to misrepresent location or to circumvent geolocation controls may lead to account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds where permitted by law.

Dormant and Inactive Accounts

An account is dormant if there has been no login activity for 180 consecutive calendar days. Wunderwins will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to dormancy. For dormant accounts, Wunderwins may levy a monthly Dormant Account Fee up to 10 USD or the equivalent in applicable currency, provided the balance remains non‑negative. Fees cease if the account balance reaches zero or if the account is reactivated. Upon closure of an account, Wunderwins will attempt to return any remaining balance promptly in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures.

Fees and Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes and any applicable fees arising from participation in the Services and from winnings, according to the laws of your residence. Wunderwins may deduct or withhold amounts as required by law or by regulatory authorities, and you agree to reimburse Wunderwins for any related costs incurred in enforcing tax or regulatory obligations. You acknowledge that currency conversion and payment processing fees may apply when deposits or withdrawals are conducted in currencies other than your primary funding currency.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your Personal Information is processed in accordance with Wunderwins’ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Wunderwins shall implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect Personal Information, and shall only use Personal Information for purposes related to administering the Services and as otherwise permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials provided by Wunderwins through the Services are the property of Wunderwins or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Wunderwins’ content except as expressly permitted by Wunderwins in writing.

Limitation of Liability; Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, Wunderwins and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Wunderwins’ aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Wunderwins in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Wunderwins harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Services in violation of applicable law or third‑party rights.

Termination, Suspension and Closure

Wunderwins may suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Services at any time for breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or for regulatory compliance reasons. Upon termination, Wunderwins will close your account and, subject to applicable law, process any remaining funds in accordance with internal procedures and withdrawal methods. You may also request account closure, subject to payment of any non‑disputed balances and compliance with verification procedures.

Governing Law; Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction of Wunderwins. Any disputes not resolved through Wunderwins’ internal processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Notices

Wunderwins may provide notices by posting them on the Wunderwins site or by electronic communication to the address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date to receive such notices.

Entire Agreement; Severability

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wunderwins with respect to the Services. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
