Introduction

Wunderwins provides a sports wagering service governed by these Terms and Conditions. All bets placed through Wunderwins are a binding contract between the customer and Wunderwins. By placing a bet, the customer confirms they are of legal age, reside in a jurisdiction where wagering is permitted, and have read and understood the rules herein.

Definitions

  • Bet: A single wager or a combination of wagers placed on a defined market or event through Wunderwins.
  • Market: A specific betting proposition within an event, such as a winner, score line, or handicap.
  • Event: The sporting contest or occurrence on which a bet is placed.
  • Official Result: The outcome as declared by the governing body or organizer of the event, including any subsequent corrections or disciplinary decisions that affect settlement.
  • Settlement: The process by which Wunderwins determines and pays winnings or refunds stakes based on the Official Result and market rules.
  • Account: The Wunderwins customer record used to place bets, store funds, and manage wagering activity.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for an account and place bets, a person must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where Wunderwins operates and wagering is legally permitted. Verification of identity, age, and residence may be required at any stage and prior to withdrawal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

Account Conduct and Security

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. Sharing of login credentials, multiple-user access, or any other form of account sharing is prohibited. Wunderwins reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity, or that contravene these Terms.

Bets, Odds and Markets

All wagers are subject to the rules of the relevant market and this overarching agreement. The minimum stake for any bet is 0.10 in the local currency. The maximum potential payout for a single settled bet will be disclosed with the market and may be capped by Wunderwins. Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are binding unless the market has been suspended or otherwise altered before settlement. A bet is deemed accepted upon successful processing by Wunderwins and becomes binding on the customer and Wunderwins once acceptance is confirmed.

Covered Markets and Sports

  • Football (Soccer): standard match bets, goal scorers, correct score, handicap, and multi-market accumulators.
  • Basketball: game winner, point spreads, totals, and player-focused markets.
  • Tennis: match winner, set betting, and game-level markets.
  • American Football: game outcomes, point spreads, and over/under markets.
  • Baseball: game result, innings totals, and run lines.
  • MMA and Other Combat Sports: method of victory, round betting, and outcome bets.
  • Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Cricket: standard match and set/over markets as applicable.
  • Rugby, Darts, Table Tennis, Handball, Floorball: a range of standard and prop markets where available.
  • Esports: select competitive gaming markets where offered by Wunderwins.

In-Play and Live Betting

In-play bets may be placed while events are in progress. Odds and available markets can change rapidly during live play. Bets placed on events that are suspended or interrupted may be suspended or voided in accordance with market rules. Wunderwins may apply price adjustments, partial cash-out, or other live betting features subject to the terms governing those features.

Settlement, Returns and Void Bets

Settlements are based on the Official Result as published by the relevant governing body or organizer. If an event is cancelled, not completed, or result is deemed invalid, Wunderwins may void the affected bets and refund the stake. Where a market requires a minimum duration or condition for validity, bets placed on events that fail to meet those conditions may be voided. In cases of discrepancy between market data and Official Result, Wunderwins will determine settlement in a fair and transparent manner and may rely on the data available to Wunderwins at the time of settlement.

Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

Customers may fund their Wunderwins account using available payment methods. All deposits are subject to verification procedures and anti-money-laundering checks. Withdrawals will be processed after successful verification and may be subject to standard processing times and any applicable limits. Wunderwins reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits and to delay or refuse a withdrawal where required by law or regulation or where suspicious activity is detected.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions, bonuses, and loyalty rewards are governed by separate terms and conditions. They may be subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and restrictions on eligible markets. Wunderwins reserves the right to modify or revoke promotions at any time in accordance with applicable law and policy.

Responsible Gaming

Wunderwins is committed to responsible gaming. Customers may set self-imposed limits on deposits, losses, or betting time. Self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, and account closure requests are available in the account settings and support channels. Wunderwins will comply with applicable duties to prevent problem gambling and to assist customers in controlling their wagering activity.

Security and Compliance

Wunderwins implements security measures to protect customer information and funds. We conduct ongoing monitoring for fraud, money laundering, and other illicit activity in accordance with applicable laws and licensing requirements. All content and software within Wunderwins are the property of Wunderwins or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Wunderwins platform solely for the purpose of wagering in accordance with these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wunderwins operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or wagering activity shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal framework and, where required, in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction. The parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal remedies.

Disclosures and Changes

Wunderwins may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your continued wagering after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
